About Shiokaze

Named for the evening breeze off the bay, and the place on the block that stays lit after the shops close.

We grill over white binchotan, pour sake we taste ourselves each week, and cook small plates the way a neighborhood izakaya in Japan would: a little salty, made for drinking with.

“Salt or tare? If you don’t say, we pick. We’re usually right.”
