The thinking
What makes people choose the office over the kitchen table?
Low buildings, north light and a courtyard in the middle. A campus that feels like a place to think, not a floor plate to fill.
- 01
Go low
Single and two-level buildings keep every desk within a short walk of a door and a tree.
- 02
Bring in north light
Sawtooth roofs pull soft, even daylight deep into the plan. Screens stay readable, rooms stay calm.
- 03
Share the middle
The courtyard is the lobby, the canteen and the meeting room. Tenants meet each other by design.

People come back to places, not to square footage.
