Hand-pulled noodles under black bean sauce fried with pork, onion and zucchini. Mix it fast, eat it hot.

Spicy seafood noodle soup. Squid, shrimp, onion and chives in a smoky red broth from a very hot wok.

Egg fried rice tossed in the wok, black bean sauce on the side and a little jjamppong broth to go with it.
